Member Company Terms
Effective date: March 17, 2022
The following terms ("Provider Network Terms") constitute an agreement between Mercedes Eckert LLC dba iShop ("Company"), and you that governs your participation as an iShop Member Company in the iShop Mystery Shopping Provider Network (“Provider Network”). These Provider Network Terms Terms are incorporated into our Terms, which are located at ______________.
Throughout these terms, the collective content from the Website, Products, Provider Network, and Provider Network Materials will be referred to as “Company Content.”
Your use of the Provider Network constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to, the following Provider Network Terms. Company reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or update Provider Network Terms. These Provider Network Terms are subject to change without notice. If you do not agree with or do not accept any part of these Provider Network Terms, you must not use the Provider Network.
THE PROVIDER NETWORK
You may enroll in an ongoing membership in the Official iShop Provider Network, which is delivered electronically.
Provider Network Eligibility
This Provider Network is available for companies providing mystery shopping opportunities to individual mystery shoppers.
Any mystery shopping provider is eligible to apply, but Company reserves the right to decline membership for any reason, in its sole discretion.
Purchasing Enrollment in the Provider Network
To purchase membership in the Provider Network, you will complete the purchase, which includes payment of a minimum of the initial time commitment and create your Provider Network profile in order to access the materials. You will be billed in accordance with the program duration you selected for the Provider Network.
You agree to keep your billing information updated. If we are unable to charge your billing method, you will be removed from the Provider Network until the information has been updated.
Company Membership
Please note that purchase of membership in the Provider Network is handled on a company-by-company basis. All information will be emailed to you, so you may provide us with additional email addresses, if needed..
Cancellation of Membership in the Provider Network
Membership in the Provider Network may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds will be authorized after fees have been charged. To avoid incurring additional fees, you must cancel membership in the Provider Network prior to the next billing date. To cancel, please email [email protected].
Your access to the Provider Network will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid.
Price Changes
Company reserves the right to update the prices to the Provider Network at any time. Company will provide you with 14 days email notice of any changes. If you elect to continue in the Provider Network after the date of the increase, you are agreeing to the updated pricing.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available for amounts already paid for the Provider Network.
Membership in the Provider Network may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid. You may avoid incurring additional fees by canceling the membership in the Provider Network prior to the billing date.
Termination
Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Provider Network at any time for any reason. If the termination is due to a breach of the Provider Network Terms, no refund will be due to you. If there is no breach, Company will provide you with a pro rata refund on any fees for the billing period.
Shopper Information
As a member of the Provider Network, Company will share contact information for mystery shoppers (“iShop Shoppers”) in the Company’s database. There is no guaranteed amount of leads per month.
You agree to use this contact information only to discuss the ability of the iShop Shoppers to join your shopper database. You agree to include an unsubscribe option in any communication with the iShop Shoppers. If an iShop Shopper unsubscribes, you agree that you will not add them to your mailing list again.
You agree not to share this contact information with any third parties. All lists of iShop Shoppers should be treated as confidential and may not be publicly disclosed.
Quarterly Staff Gifts
All members of our Provider Network will receive quarterly gifts for their staff, which will be mailed directly to your office. Please note that we will send a maximum of ten gifts per quarter. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is updated. Company is not responsible for resending shipments to a different address if you failed to submit a change.
Other Provider Network Benefits
Your membership in the Provider Network also includes the following benefits:
- Booth space at ShopCon, plus two complimentary tickets
- Ad inserts in the ShopCon Swag Bag
- Annual Provider Network dinner with iShop leaders at ShopCon
- Featured on iShop’s preferred Mystery Shop Provider list, which is available to all iShop Shoppers
- Access to iShop’s Shopper’s Market, where iShop provides limited concierge to aid in shopper placement, and
- Opportunities to speak on the topic of your choice (to be approved by iShop) at the virtual Biannual Shopper & Provider Connection Webinar
Company reserves the right to change these benefits at any time.

License for Use of Membership Materials
As an active member of the Provider Network, you will receive access to exclusive Provider Network content (“Provider Network Materials”).
All Provider Network Materials were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without written permission from Company, except as stated herein.
If you would like to request to use certain Provider Network Materials, please email [email protected]. Until an authorization is received, you agree that they will not use the Provider Network Materials in any way not provided in these Terms.
Provider Network Conduct Policies
The Provider Network offers you the ability to communicate with iShop mystery shoppers. In any communications with individuals from the iShop community, you agree to the following:
- You will not engage in any harassment toward any individual.
- If a user unsubscribes, you will not add them back to a list without their explicit consent.
- You will treat everyone with fairness and respect.
- You will follow all applicable laws and regulations in the content you send to our community members.
- You will include the ability to unsubscribe in any communications so that iShop community members may elect to stop receiving communications from you.
Violations of Network Provider Terms
If you violate any provisions of these Provider Network Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your Provider Network membership. Company’s sole discretion is used to determine if there is a violation. You will not receive a refund if Company is forced to terminate for a violation.
