iShop was founded in 2015, when our Founder, Mercedes Eckert, realized that there was a real need for people to be introduced to the wonderful world of Mystery Shopping.
What began as a forty-five minute conference call, blossomed into a qualified network of mystery shoppers from all over the world.
Here at iShop, we train, support, and reward mystery shoppers on their journey to financial freedom.
Through online classes, 24/7 community support, and one on one coaching, we’ve been able to help thousands of people become successful Mystery Shoppers.
Our mission is to connect people with this powerful source of income and fuel improvement at businesses everywhere.
We work with both new and old shoppers as well as mystery shopping companies looking to fill shops for their clients.

"I'm Cindy Lane from Canton, Ohio. I work full time as an X-Ray Tech and I absolutely love to cook and create new dishes in the kitchen. So much so that I decided to turn my passion for cooking into my own meal planning service! I still find time to squeeze my shops in from time to time and usually do the fun shops for free stuff or free food (go figure ) or extra money for vacations! I am super proud to be a part of the Ishop team and I can't wait to meet you all!"

"I am from St. Louis, MO. I started mystery shopping in May 2020. I am a teacher and getting ready to finish my 5th year. I am a wife and an aunt. In my free time I enjoy shopping, hanging out with friends and family, and playing board games. I love being on the Hospitality Team because I have a passion for loving and encouraging people."

I have a Music Ed K-12 degree in Trumpet with a minor in Clarinet. I currently work as a PreK 4 Blended Para Professional. I’ve been doing that for 7 years. "I'm originally from Philadelphia PA, but I lived in Michigan from 1995-November 2021 and then moved to NC for a "fresh start". I have a 19 year old daughter and she is my one and only pride and joy! When I'm not working my 8-5 job I'm mystery shopping so now that's my hobby lol. My favorite shops are revealed audits, card and brochure replenishments, and post office shops!!"
